Job Summary:

At *** 's Hilton Head Island Resort, our part time Quick Ser *** Food & Beverage Cast Members do exactly that. You would be part of a tight-knit team who depend on each other to serve our guests the delicious food they expect from *** , in the efficient manner that allows them to make the most of their vacation time. On top of that, you would be fully trained about the resort so you can answer guests' questions, share information and provide the " *** difference" that brings people to *** 's Hilton Head Island Resort. The goal? Nobody goes hungry, and everybody leaves smiling!

Responsibilities:

Menus at the resort's two quick ser *** locations, Palmetto Dunes and Tide Me Over, constantly evolve to meet guest's wishes; you would be part of that process by communicating guest comments to your leaders. The environment is friendly but fast-paced. On any given day you might take guest orders, operate the point-of-sale system (cash register), handle cash, fulfill orders, prep food, stock items, keep inventory, and of course, keep the front and back of the house up to *** 's famous cleanliness standards. On top of that, you would be fully trained on knowledge of the resort so you can answer guests' questions, share information and provide the " *** difference" that brings people to the Hilton Head Island Resort. In this job, blending professionalism with enthusiasm is the key to success.

Basic Qualifications:

Here is what you will need to be successful in the job:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • This is a part-time position that requires you to be fully available a minimum of three days per week, including one weekend day. You will also be required to be fully available on national/state holidays.
  • Previous cashier experience
  • Previous quick-ser *** or related restaurant industry experience
  • Attention to detail and follow-through to see projects to the end
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic computer tasks, and some familiarity with common utilities such as Google and Microsoft
  • Excellent customer ser *** skills

Preferred Qualifications:

It would be great if you were also able to demonstrate:

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible, in addition to being a self-starter who naturally takes the initiative

How you'll make an impact:

The Principal Product Manager is a critical leadership role in the *** Connect product organization. This individual will help us shape the future of our strategic product portfolio through market research, customer feedback, innovation exploration, business case development, and product roadmaps to identify and deliver on new products and strategies in the connected vehicle and adjacent markets.

What you'll do:

  • Entrepreneurial Innovation: Help identify meaningful problems to solve, evaluate and develop the business case and then go execute and solve those problems.
  • Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for Connected Vehicle products, aligning with the business strategy.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform the product strategy.

  • Collaborate with UX and architecture on both strategic and detailed levels on mission-critical user experience.
  • Present and defend long-term design vision as well as short-term design solutions to leadership.
  • Work with internal *** teams and external partners to define and document new product concepts.
  • Make real-time decisions for assigned programs as the subject matter expert for product features and functionality.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria and develop a prioritized backlog.
  • Collaborate with product teams to define forward-looking features.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience working with technology and business strategy.
  • 10+ years in Product Management of consumer digital / software products.
  • 5+ years of professional experience with connected vehicle and/or IoT services.
  • Experience in Product Management and/or development of complex serving systems for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.

As a Staff Product Manager, *** Connect you will manage the contact center agent and customer tools. Key areas of responsibility include: gathering and defining product requirements (user stories), working in partnership with internal & external stakeholders, UX/UI designers, technology teams, and guiding projects through the entire software product development lifecycle as a product owner role for agile development teams.
