Friendly, helpful front desk associates. Care provider was friendly and calm, didn't project any sense of rush; answered questions/concerns; knowledgeable. Facility setting beautiful, calming, several types and seating sizes. Very pleasant overall experience...glad that I followed up on a recommendation.

I went to the location at Hunters Ridge about a month ago for eye appointment I picked up the glasses and have been struggling to see road signs clearly. I took them back on 11/27/23 and the office Mgr. was very rude, she told me you know you have one dominant eye, I knew that, then she said you know how after you have a stroke, no I have never had a stroke. She offered to for me to see the eye doctor again the next day, I can’t believe they couldn’t look at the glasses that day.

The whole staff is friendly. The providers are thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. They take time to explain things. If something is beyond their scope, they are not hesitant to refer you and set it up. This is the only place I will go.
